Digital Media Cafe Returns and Refunds

At Digital Media Cafe, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, our returns and refunds policy is designed to be strict to maintain the integrity of our products and services. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

 

Return Eligibility

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. After this period, we cannot accept returns.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Approval: If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping

  • Cost: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  • Exceptions: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Non-Returnable Items

    Custom Orders: Customized or personalized items cannot be returned. Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for return. Line Tempered Glass: Due to the safety nature of shattered tempered glass, returns on these products are not accepted.

  • Exchanges

    Process: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Restocking Fee

    Fee: A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund for returned items. This fee helps us cover the cost of processing returns and restocking inventory. Waiver: The restocking fee may be waived for returns due to our error or defective products.

  • Proof of Purchase

    Requirement: To process a return or refund, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email. This ensures that the item was bought from Digital Media Cafe and helps expedite the return process.
